Loaned Executive Program

Each year, United Way asks local organizations to select one or more employees to participate in our Loaned Executive Program. Participants become one of the most valuable resources in United Way's Annual Community Campaign. Loaned Executives:

• Keep overhead costs low so more needs are met to make the biggest impact in our community.
• Help United Way raise funds at companies throughout Delaware County.
• Work on average 7 to 9 hours a week during the annual campaign.

Loaned Executives with their unique and varied level of professional skills are essential to the success of the community campaign. They complete their service with the knowledge and satisfaction that they have truly changed lives in our community. At the end of the 13-week program, running August through mid-November, Loaned Executives return to their companies with greater engagement in community issues and exceptional experience in business planning, project management, customer relationship management, public speaking and sales presentations.
